These terms apply whenever you visit our website at manpuraagro.com or place an order with us. By completing a purchase, you are agreeing to these terms. If anything here is unclear, please write to us before placing an order — we are happy to explain.

Products and pricing

All prices on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Prices are correct at the time of display, but we reserve the right to update them without prior notice. If a price changes between your order and our shipping it, we will contact you before processing.

Product images are as accurate as possible, but natural products like makhana and compost can vary slightly in colour and texture from batch to batch. This is normal and does not affect quality.

Placing an order

When you click "Checkout" and complete payment, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) at the listed price. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. Until that email arrives, we have not accepted your order.

We reserve the right to decline an order if, for example, a product goes out of stock between the time you added it to your cart and when you checked out. In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by location — typically 3 to 7 working days from the day your order is dispatched. We will share a tracking link once your package is on its way. ManPuraAgro is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or situations beyond our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot redirect packages once they are dispatched.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. We do not store any payment credentials. Once a payment is initiated on our checkout, it is handled entirely by Razorpay's secure servers.

In case of a failed payment where your account was debited, the amount typically returns to your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. If it does not, write to us and we will follow up with Razorpay on your behalf.

Product use and safety

Our organic fertilizers (cow dung compost and goat manure) are intended for agricultural and horticultural use only. Keep them away from children. Wash hands after handling. Do not consume.

Our makhana and dry fruit products are food items. Always check the best-before date printed on the packaging before consuming. Inform us within 48 hours if a package arrives damaged or the contents appear spoiled.

Intellectual property

The ManPuraAgro name, logo, product photographs, and written descriptions on this site belong to ManPura Agro. You are welcome to share links to our products on social media. Reproducing our images or copy for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for any indirect loss — for example, if a delayed compost delivery affects a planting schedule. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
