When you place an order, we collect the details you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. If you pay through our checkout, your payment is processed securely by Razorpay on their servers. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

When you browse the site, basic usage data is collected automatically through standard web analytics — things like which pages you visited, how long you stayed, and what device you used. This helps us understand what is working and what is not.

How we use your information

• To process and ship your order, and to send you order confirmation and tracking details.
• To respond when you contact us with a question or complaint.
• To send you occasional offers or newsletters if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the products we offer and how the website works.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop.

Payment security

All payments on ManPuraAgro are handled by Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. When you click "Checkout", a secure overlay managed entirely by Razorpay handles your card, UPI, or net banking details. Our website never touches that data at any point.

Cookies

We use basic cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to understand site traffic through analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If you block cookies in your browser, the site will still work, though your cart may not save between sessions.

How long we keep your data

Order records are retained for as long as required by Indian tax law (typically seven years for GST compliance). If you would like us to delete your account information beyond what the law requires us to retain, email us and we will do it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, request a correction if something is wrong, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). We will respond within 7 working days.
