We stand behind every product we send out. If you are not satisfied — for any reason — we offer a 100% refund within 8 days of delivery, no questions asked. We are a small team and we genuinely want you to be happy with what you receive.

Cancellations

Changed your mind after placing an order? You can cancel any time before the order is dispatched and receive a full refund. Just write to us at hello@manpuraagro.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98354 22722 with your order number.

Once the order has been picked up by our courier partner, it can no longer be stopped mid-transit. In that case, you can still claim a full refund once the order arrives — see the section below.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 8 days of delivery. We will process a full refund with no deductions and no hassle. You do not need to provide a detailed reason.

To make the process faster, include your order number and a brief note (and a photo if the product arrived damaged). We will confirm the refund within 2 working days.

What qualifies

  • Not satisfied with the product — taste, quality, or anything else
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product arrived damaged or spilled
  • Order not delivered but marked as delivered by courier
  • Product spoiled or past best-before date on arrival

For organic fertilizers

Our compost and manure products can be returned as long as they are unused and the packaging is intact. Once the product has been mixed into soil or applied to plants, it cannot be returned for hygiene and logistical reasons — but you can still contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

How refunds are processed

Once we confirm your refund request, the full amount is credited back to the original payment method you used — UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. This typically takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. Razorpay (our payment gateway) processes the transfer on our behalf.

We will email you as soon as the refund is initiated. If it does not appear within 7 working days, please check with your bank first — and then write to us if it is still not there.
